1. Hours of operation: Sunrise to Sunset
2. Any person entering the “Dog Park” acknowledges the risks and dangers
inherent.
3. The “Dog Park” is for the use of dogs and handlers only. No other animals
permitted.
4. Dog licenses are required. Dogs should also wear an owner identification tag.
5. All dogs must be current with all shots as recommended by a veterinarian.
6. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the “Dog Park” unless
accompanied by an adult.
7. No more the three (3) dogs per person on any single visit.
8. Dogs must be four (4) months or older to enter the “Dog Park”.
9. Dog handlers must have a leash in hand at all times.
10. Dog handlers must leash dogs while entering and exiting the “Dog Park”. Ord.
710-11, Sec 94.30
11. A leash in not to be used inside the designated “Dog Park”. Absolutely no
chain, choke or prong collars are permitted.
12. Dog handlers must be inside the “Dog Park” and within view of their dogs at
all times.
13. Dogs should remain under handler’s voice control at all times.
14. Aggressive dogs are not permitted and must be removed at the first sign of
aggression.
15. Dogs in heat and dogs with illnesses are not permitted.
16. Dog handlers are responsible for pick-up, sealing and disposal of waste in
designated containers. Ord. 710-10, Sec 94.30
17. Dog handlers and guest are not permitted to eat inside the “Dog Park”.
18. Dog handlers must fill any holes created by their dogs.
19. The “Dog Park” is closed when Park personnel are conducting maintenance.
20. Violation of rules may result in loss of privileges for use of “Dog Park”.
